After notarization, most documents intended for use abroad require legalization by the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA Department of Consular Affairs in Chaeng Watthana, Bangkok) and authentication by the relevant foreign embassy or consulate in Thailand. We provide a complete end-to-end service that handles all of these steps so you don't have to navigate the Thai bureaucracy yourself. MFA legalization service costs 2,500-5,000 THB (excluding government fee of 200-800 THB per document) and takes 3-5 business days. Embassy authentication varies by embassy: 5,000-12,000 THB our service fee (excluding embassy fees of 1,800-2,600 THB per document) and takes 3-7 business days depending on the embassy queue. For Apostille-convention countries (USA, UK, Australia, Japan, Korea, Singapore, India, etc.), only Notary + MFA Apostille is needed, simplifying the process. For non-Apostille countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, China, Vietnam, UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.), full Notary + MFA + Embassy authentication is required.
